Introduction
Click Catalyst's refund and cancellation rules vary by service type. By purchasing any service you accept the terms below.
1. First Website Service (₹999 Static Site)
| Condition | Policy |

| Refund window | Cancel within 7 calendar days of payment and before work begins → 100% refund of ₹999. |
| After work begins | Once we start design or coding, the fee becomes non-refundable. |
| After delivery | When the final site is handed over, no refunds are possible (the product is fully rendered). |
2. Advanced Marketing Services (SEO, Campaigns, Retainers)
| Scenario | Policy |
|---|---|
| Completed month / milestone | Non-refundable. Fees already earned for deliverables or time spent will not be returned. |
| Mid-cycle cancellation | You may cancel in writing at any time. Service continues until the current billing cycle ends; no refund for unused days. Future cycles will not be billed. |
| Annual pre-pay | Cancelling part-way through an annual plan does not trigger a pro-rata refund, but you will not be charged again after the current term. |
3. General Terms
- No-show / No-use – We cannot refund fees if services go unused due to client inaction (e.g., content or access not supplied).
- Service failure exceptions – In the rare event Click Catalyst completely fails to deliver a paid-for service and cannot remedy the failure, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund or credit.
- Refund method & timeline – If your refund request is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us first at info@clickcatalyst.digital if you believe a charge is incorrect. Initiating an un-authorised chargeback without first giving us the chance to resolve the issue may incur administrative fees, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services while the dispute is pending.
