ClickCatalyst is a Google Ads campaign management and optimisation platform built for agencies and performance marketers. You connect your Google Ads and GA4 accounts via read-only OAuth and the platform continuously monitors your accounts across 9 analytical workbenches — covering waste detection, creative performance, search term hygiene, campaign lifecycle scoring, budget allocation, conversion attribution, unit economics, and market share analysis. It replaces 30 minutes of daily manual reporting with a 60-second mission brief and surfaces the specific actions that move your ROAS.
ClickCatalyst uses Google OAuth 2.0 with read-only permissions. You authorise access via Google's standard authentication flow — no passwords are shared and no credentials are stored. The platform can only read reporting data; it cannot create campaigns, modify bids, adjust budgets, or change any account settings without your explicit action inside the ClickCatalyst interface. You can disconnect at any time and all associated data is permanently deleted from our infrastructure within seconds.
The free Starter plan supports 1 Google Ads account plus 1 GA4 property. Pro supports up to 10 Google Ads + GA4 connections — suitable for agencies managing 5–10 clients. Business supports up to 50 connections, with portfolio-wide discovery that scans your entire Google account hierarchy and adds all linked accounts automatically. If you need more than 50 connections, contact us.
The Search Hygiene Cockpit identifies search terms that have consumed significant clicks and spend but produced zero conversions — your recoverable waste. It calculates a Hygiene Score (0–100) grading your targeting efficiency, shows a waste treemap revealing which campaigns and ad groups are the biggest offenders, breaks down wasted spend by match type (Broad vs Phrase vs Exact), and provides a one-click Block button that adds any search term as a negative keyword at campaign or account level via the Google Ads API. Most accounts recover 15–30% of wasted budget within the first cleanup session.
The Creative Lab is a Responsive Search Ad (RSA) performance analysis tool. It scores every headline and description on a combined CTR and conversion rate index, identifies which specific combinations Google serves most versus which combinations actually perform best, flags creative fatigue (ads whose CTR has declined 30%+ from peak for 7+ consecutive days), and provides device-level breakdowns showing when mobile and desktop creative performance diverges. The goal is to let you engineer high-performing ads systematically rather than guessing.
MVS is the statistical engine inside the Growth Workbench that answers one question: does this campaign have enough data to act on? It uses a Bayesian confidence interval approach to calculate a Readiness Score (0–100%) for each campaign, factoring in conversion volume, spend efficiency, and ROAS volatility simultaneously. When Readiness exceeds 95%, the campaign has reached statistical significance and can be scaled safely. Below 70%, the campaign is still in Exploration — scaling early amplifies noise, not signal. The framework prevents the two most expensive mistakes in PPC: pausing campaigns too early and scaling them too late.
Your data is stored in a private, isolated BigQuery dataset provisioned exclusively for your account. The dataset is identified by a one-way hash of your account credentials — no other user can access it, and ClickCatalyst staff cannot view your raw data without explicit support access granted by you. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted over TLS 1.2+ in transit. Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud's SOC 2 certified environment. Your data is never shared with third parties, used for training, or sold.
The free Starter plan stores 30 days of historical data. Pro stores 90 days, enabling trend analysis and period-over-period comparisons. Business stores 365 days, which is critical for seasonality analysis — identifying which months historically over- or underperform and adjusting budgets accordingly before the pattern repeats. Google Ads' native interface typically limits accessible data to 36 months through the UI; ClickCatalyst's BigQuery vault keeps data indefinitely as long as your account is active.
Yes. The Pro plan includes 3 branded PDF reports per month. Business includes unlimited white-label PDF reports. Reports pull live data from your BigQuery vault and are formatted for client presentation — covering campaign performance, waste recovery progress, creative scores, and recommended actions. White-label reports on the Business plan remove ClickCatalyst branding and can be customised with your agency's logo and colour scheme.
You have two levels of deletion control. Surgical Purge: deleting a single account configuration permanently removes every row tied to that Google Ads Customer ID and GA4 Property ID from your BigQuery vault — not archived, deleted. Total Vault Destruction: deleting your last remaining configuration drops the entire BigQuery dataset and revokes all OAuth tokens. Both operations are immediate and irreversible. There are no backups and no recovery. Your data footprint on ClickCatalyst infrastructure becomes zero.
Yes. GA4 integration is included in all plans and is strongly recommended. Without GA4, the platform can still analyse your Google Ads data (spend, clicks, impressions, Quality Score, search terms). With GA4 linked, you unlock cross-platform conversion tracking, session-level behaviour data, the Macro Funnel workbench (which identifies where your landing pages are leaking conversions), and the Tracking Mismatch analysis (which compares Google Ads reported conversions against GA4 verified conversions). Linking GA4 requires Standard or Admin access to the GA4 property.
No. ClickCatalyst is designed for performance marketers, agency founders, and campaign managers — not developers. Statistical concepts like Bayesian confidence intervals, volatility scores, and GCLID pass rates are translated into plain-English status indicators (green/yellow/red), progress bars, and one-sentence recommended actions. You do not need SQL, Python, or any data engineering background. The only requirement is Standard or Admin level access to the Google Ads and GA4 accounts you want to connect.
The Pulse Center is a real-time infrastructure health dashboard that runs four diagnostic checks: OAuth token validity (are we still connected to your accounts?), data pipeline status (is fresh data flowing into your BigQuery vault?), signal linkage verification (is the GCLID click ID passing from Google Ads through to GA4 sessions?), and conversion heartbeat (have any conversions been recorded in the last 30 days?). If any check fails, Smart Bidding is making decisions on incomplete data. The Pulse Center catches these silent failures — broken tracking, expired tokens, severed GA4 links — before they drain your budget.
The Growth Engine uses the Minimum Viable Signal (MVS) framework to classify every campaign into one of four lifecycle stages. Exploration (0–70% readiness): the campaign is buying data, not yet making profit — scaling now amplifies noise. Calibration (70–95%): enough data exists but performance is still volatile — wait for stability. Exploitation (95%+): statistically safe to scale — increase budget 30–50% and monitor for 7 days. Degradation: ROAS is declining despite sufficient data — investigate creative fatigue, audience saturation, or broken tracking. The framework prevents the two most expensive mistakes: pausing campaigns too early and throwing budget at campaigns that are not ready.
The Budget Balancer is a capital reallocation workbench that identifies Rocket campaigns (high ROAS, budget-constrained — they are hitting daily caps before exhausting available impression share) and Dog campaigns (low ROAS, overfunded — spending freely but not converting). It calculates an Opportunity Score for each campaign (ROAS × Impression Share Lost to Budget) and simulates the revenue impact of transferring budget from Dogs to Rockets. Transfers are capped at 50% of the source campaign's daily budget to avoid shocking Smart Bidding's learning algorithm, and there is a 5-minute undo window after execution.
ClickCatalyst offers 13 individual Google Ads diagnostic audit PDFs — each a deep one-time analysis of a specific failure mode in your account. They cover waste detection, Performance Max transparency, Search Query Bleed from broad match expansion, zombie Shopping products, conversion signal quality, tracking mismatch between Google Ads and GA4, mobile app placement leakage, brand spend cannibalization, margin erosion after COGS, spend concentration risk, small budget survival, Shopping waste, and AI Max signal health. Each report is generated from your live account data via read-only OAuth access and delivered as a multi-page PDF with exact dollar figures and a prioritised action list.
Each individual audit PDF costs $29 USD for international users. There are 13 available audits covering different aspects of Google Ads performance — waste, PMax, search bleed, zombie products, tracking mismatch, conversion quality, placement leakage, brand leakage, margin erosion, spend concentration, small budget, shopping waste, and AI signal health. All 13 audits are included in the ClickCatalyst Pro and Business subscription at no additional cost.
Each individual audit PDF is ₹2,500 for users in India, covering 30 days of your Google Ads account data. The audit connects via read-only Google OAuth, runs the diagnostic in under 3 minutes, and delivers a multi-page PDF with exact waste figures, campaign-level breakdowns, and a prioritised fix list. ClickCatalyst subscription plans (starting at ₹9,900/month) include all audits continuously running — not just a one-time snapshot.
Buy the individual audit if you have a specific problem — say, you suspect Shopping products are wasting budget — and want a one-time diagnosis before committing to anything. Get the subscription if you manage accounts actively: Pro ($124/month, founding rate) includes all 13 audits running continuously, live dashboards, automated search term cleanup, and PDF exports on demand. If you would buy more than 3 audits in a month, the subscription is cheaper and gives you live monitoring instead of a 30-day snapshot.
The Waste Audit is the most comprehensive single-report audit. It calculates your exact leakage rate — the percentage of spend going to zero-conversion search terms — builds a negative keyword action list, runs a device friction analysis (mobile vs desktop CPA gap), identifies an hourly waste heatmap showing which hours burn budget with no return, and produces a monthly savings forecast showing the dollar amount recoverable by applying the fixes. Most accounts see 15–25% recoverable waste in the first scan.
The Performance Max Audit calculates an Algorithm Control Index (0–100) measuring how much control you actually have over your PMax campaign. It produces a waste waterfall categorising losses by type (exploration waste vs creative waste vs placement waste), surfaces junk placements (mobile app impressions, low-quality YouTube channels, irrelevant Display sites), and calculates an Exploration Efficiency Ratio — telling you whether the algorithm's 'learning' spend is finding real value or burning money with no return.
Search Query Bleed is the percentage of your search budget consumed by queries you never intended to target — the result of Broad Match and AI expansion pulling in irrelevant traffic. The audit calculates your exact bleed rate, measures the keyword expansion rate per bidding term (how many queries each keyword triggers), and compares Human-Controlled CPA (keywords you targeted explicitly) versus AI-Expanded CPA (queries the algorithm added on its own). Most accounts find AI-expanded queries cost 2–4x more per conversion.
Zombie products are Shopping SKUs with 20 or more clicks but zero sales — items the algorithm keeps spending on because they get clicks, but that never convert. The audit uses a currency-adaptive click threshold (adjusted for your account's average CPC), calculates a daily burn rate per zombie SKU in your local currency, cross-references with GA4 cart and purchase event data to confirm whether the product has ever driven intent on-site, and classifies each zombie as EXCLUDE (stop spending immediately), FIX FEED (data or image issue causing bad targeting), or MONITOR (needs more data).
Google Ads counts view-through conversions, cross-device modeled conversions, and attribution-predicted conversions alongside real click-through conversions — inflating the reported number. GA4 only counts verified session-based conversions. The Tracking Mismatch Audit compares both platforms at the campaign level, measures the absolute gap and 7-day drift trend, and gives every campaign a Bidding Trust verdict: Safe (Smart Bidding can rely on this signal), Caution (noisy but usable), or Do Not Trust (bidding on phantom data). Campaigns flagged Do Not Trust should have Smart Bidding paused until the tracking is fixed.
Brand leakage is when a significant portion of your Google Ads spend captures people who were already searching for your brand by name — demand you would have captured organically anyway. You are paying for clicks you already owned. The Brand Leakage Audit splits Brand vs Non-Brand CPA and ROAS at the campaign and channel level, surfaces cannibalization overlap (non-brand campaigns accidentally triggering on brand terms), and calculates an incrementality cost estimate — the dollar amount you are spending on demand you did not create. Most accounts discover 20–40% of branded spend has low or zero incremental value.
Never. All audit reports use read-only Google OAuth access. The system reads your campaign data, search terms, conversion actions, placements, and product feed signals to generate the diagnostic — it cannot and does not create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, or account settings. Your data is processed in an isolated BigQuery dataset and is not shared with any third party.
Setup takes under 60 seconds — you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth and optionally link GA4 for cross-platform analysis. The diagnostic queries run against your data and the PDF is generated in under 3 minutes. The report covers the last 30 days of account data. You receive a multi-page PDF with visualisations, performance tables, and a prioritised action list sorted by recoverable dollar value.
You need Standard or Admin access to the Google Ads account — Viewer-level permissions are insufficient as the API requires elevated access to pull reporting data. For Shopping audits (Zombie Products, Shopping Waste, Margin Erosion), a linked Google Merchant Center account with an active product feed is required. For tracking-related audits (Tracking Mismatch, Conversion Quality, AI Signal), linking GA4 is strongly recommended as it enables cross-platform comparison. Linking GA4 is optional for all other audits.
The Margin Erosion Audit connects your Shopping feed's COGS (cost of goods sold) data to your Google Ads spend to calculate True Profit After Ads — the actual dollars remaining after product cost and advertising cost are subtracted from revenue. It then calculates a break-even ROAS per product category (the ROAS you need to be profitable, not just revenue-positive) and produces a revenue-to-profit waterfall chart. The output is a Kill List (products where even a good ROAS produces no profit) and a Scale List (products with enough margin to justify aggressive budget increases).
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free — no credit card required, no time limit. You get one Google Ads + GA4 connection, 30 days of historical data, real-time waste alerts, and a read-only Hygiene Score. It is a fully functional diagnostic layer, not a crippled trial. Most accounts find 15–25% waste within the first scan.
During the Founding Agency Program, Pro is $124/month (billed monthly) or $103/month when billed annually — that is 50% off the regular $249/month price. The founding rate is locked for your first 12 months, then moves to $187/month (25% off regular pricing), as long as your subscription stays active. Pro includes up to 10 Google Ads + GA4 connections, 90-day trend analysis, automated search term cleanup, 3 branded PDF reports per month, and email support.
Business is $249/month (billed monthly) or $208/month billed annually during the Founding Agency Program — 50% off the regular $499/month. It supports up to 50 Google Ads + GA4 connections, 365-day seasonality context, portfolio-wide campaign discovery, bulk negative keyword management, unlimited white-label PDF reports, and a Founder Slack channel. After 12 months, the rate moves to $374/month (25% off regular), locked for founding members.
Annual billing saves 17% compared to monthly. More importantly, the founding rate itself — 50% off regular pricing — applies equally to both billing cycles. If you want flexibility while you evaluate, start monthly. If you already know you need the tool long-term, lock in annual and save an extra 17% on top of the 50% founding discount.
The Founding Agency Program offers 50% off regular pricing for the first 12 months, locked in at the moment you subscribe. It is limited to the first 100 founding agencies. After 12 months, your rate moves to 25% off regular pricing — still significantly below what non-founding members pay — and stays there as long as your subscription remains active. Cancel and resubscribe later and you lose the founding rate permanently.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account page at any time and you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing date. Annual subscribers retain access through the end of their paid year. If you cancel a founding rate plan and resubscribe later, you lose the founding rate — you would re-enter at current pricing.
After 12 months on the Founding Agency Program, your rate adjusts to 25% off regular pricing. For Pro, that means $187/month (USD) or ₹14,900/month (INR). For Business, that is $374/month (USD) or ₹29,900/month (INR). This rate is locked in perpetually for founding members as long as the subscription stays active.
International (USD) payments are processed via PayPal subscription. Indian (INR) payments are processed via PhonePe — supporting UPI, UPI Intent (all major apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and QR code scan. Both are recurring subscriptions that auto-renew on your billing date.
Yes. Upgrading is instant — your current plan is cancelled and you are redirected to complete payment for the new plan. If you do not complete the new payment, you drop to the free Starter plan. Downgrading works the same way. There is a 5-minute undo window after any plan change, after which it is permanent.
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date, as data pipeline resources are provisioned immediately on payment. If you experience a technical issue preventing use, contact support within 48 hours and we will review on a case-by-case basis. The free Starter plan lets you evaluate the platform fully before committing to a paid plan.
